Regulator is proud to have built a custom Regulator 23 center console for the Chowan County Sheriff's Dept! The new 23 will be used by the Sheriff and Deputies as they assist in rescue efforts on Edenton Bay, Chowan River and Albemarle Sound – often with the capability of arriving on the scene of boating emergencies before the Coast Guard can mobilize from Elizabeth City.
