The Regulator 35 is Coming This February

(Edenton, NC) January 7, 2025 – Regulator Marine today announced plans to launch a Regulator 35 as the next boat in its offshore line of center console sportfishers. Leading up to the unveiling this February, the company has promised to bring fans along for the ride with weekly releases of key features of their newest center console.

While many features remain to be seen, it has been confirmed that the new model will be equipped with triple Yamaha Offshore 350 engines, standard Seakeeper Ride 750, and a redesigned transom that features an Oval Pressurized Center Livewell, transom Blue Water Bait Stations, oversized Aft In-Deck Fishboxes, and more. Early renderings indicate that the new Regulator 35 will take after her big sister, the Regulator 37, with triple helm seating, deluxe mezzanine seating and aft rocket launchers along the T-Top frame.

“The Regulator 35 carries a spirit that has driven the design of our center console boats since day one… ‘why not have it all?’” said Joan Maxwell, president and co-founder of Regulator Marine. “For the past two years, we have worked with our customers, dealers, and engineering team to ensure that we deliver exciting new features while never sacrificing the fundamentals Regulator is known for – ultimate reliability, pristine fit-and-finish, and an unbeatable ride.”

The week one release previews the following elements, which point to the sportfishing heritage and ride Regulator has been known for since 1988 – all while bringing the Regulator 35 to the next level.

  • Triple Yamaha Offshore 350s and a standard Seakeeper Ride 750 Ride Control System that’s strong enough to stop pitch and roll in its tracks on boats 37-42 feet…because that’s the class this 35 lives in.
  • Fishability at every turn with a re-designed transom that gets you closer to the fish
    • Oval Pressurized Center Transom Livewell (43 quarts) maximizes bait life and creates an ideal layout to work the bite.
    • Dual Aft In-Deck Fishboxes (161 quarts each) deliver Insulated, Illuminated & Macerated capacity, with refrigerator/freezer option that will keep whatever you need on ice for those offshore runs.
    • Slimmed down port and starboard transom features Blue Water Bait Stations beneath the lids. Dual cutting boards with Saltwater Washdown to port and a Custom Bait Tray and Saltwater Sink to starboard give you everything you need for prep, and both sides feature deep molded-in sink wells and large overboard drains.
    • Take advantage of 25 standard rod holders on the aft deck alone, with optional Burnewinn mounts & other extras to customize your experience.
  • E-Series Mezzanine Seat faces the action with new Dual Flip-Down Transom Seats flanking the center livewell. Center Bilge Compartment and Starboard Boarding & Dive Door round out a suite of Regulator signature standards.
  • 35-branded grates deliver a clean, custom look that houses a new Self-Bailing Cockpit System featuring Transom-Mounted Stainless-Steel Scuppers with Drip-Edge. Because it’s all about the details, after all.
